Terms of Service and Policies

1. Using Gcodai Studio

• Gcodai Studio is design and G-code generation software for CNC machines, used through a web browser at gcodai.com.
• After you sign up, you can try every feature for 3 days. Designing and simulating are free with no limit.
• A “lifetime” license means you pay once and can use it for as long as Gcodai Studio is in service, with no monthly fee, and you receive new feature updates.
• Buyers during the launch price period (before plans were sold separately) get every function for life, including future functions · Once plans are sold separately, your rights follow the plan you bought. You can upgrade to a larger plan at any time by paying only the difference (what you already paid is deducted).
• Your license is tied to the buyer's account and works on every computer in your shop that signs in with the same account. Reselling the license or sharing the account with outside parties is not allowed.
• You must check the G-code and the simulation before running the machine for real, and set up the machine, bits and material correctly. We are not responsible for damage to machines, parts or materials caused by use of the software.

2. Payments

• Pay by PromptPay QR or credit/debit card (Visa · Mastercard · JCB) through the payment provider Stripe. Payment is confirmed automatically and your license is activated as soon as the payment succeeds.
• We do not store buyers' bank account or card details. Card numbers are entered directly on Stripe's payment page.
• Prices are shown in Thai baht (THB). Promotional prices apply during the announced period.
• If you need a receipt or tax invoice, contact us at the email below with the email of the account you bought with.

3. Refund policy

• Because you can try every feature for 3 days before buying, we do not give refunds after a lifetime license has been activated.
• Full refunds are given in these cases: duplicate payment, payment made but the system did not activate your license and we cannot fix it, or payment of the wrong amount.
• Request a refund within 14 days of payment at the email below. We will reply within 3 business days and refund through the original payment method or by transfer to the bank account you provide.

4. Privacy policy

• Data we collect: your name or shop name, email, phone number (if provided), order history, and the machine settings / tool library you save to your account · When you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email from Google.
• Used to: activate your license, confirm payments, contact you about your account and orders, and improve the service.
• We do not sell or disclose your data to others, except to necessary service providers, namely Stripe (payments) and Google (sign in), or when required by law.
• Usage history: when you are signed in, the system records sign-ins, program launches, menus used, the type and name of files imported/downloaded, and orders, together with the time, device/browser type and IP address, to look after your account, prevent abnormal use and improve the program (we do not store the content of your designs). This history is kept for 60 days and then deleted automatically.
• The designs you create in the program are stored on your own computer, unless you choose to save settings to your account.
• You can ask to view, correct or delete your data and account at the email below, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

5. Affiliate (reseller) terms

• Members can join as affiliates for free and earn commission at the rate shown on the affiliate page, calculated on the amount the customer actually pays after discounts.
• When a customer clicks an affiliate's link, the system remembers it for 30 days and ties the customer to the first affiliate who referred them. Your own purchases and customers who have bought before do not count.
• Refunded orders, fraud, spam or misleading advertising will have their commission cancelled, and the affiliate account may be suspended.
• Our team transfers commission to the bank account the affiliate provides. Affiliates are responsible for their own income tax · We may change commission rates; changes apply to new sales only.
