GRBL G-CODE GENERATOR
GcodAi
GRBL READY WORKFLOW
GcodAi is a GRBL G-code generator online for creating basic G-code such as G0, G1, G2, G3, G20/G21, G90/G91, M3/M5, with a 2D preview and .nc file download.
GcodAi is designed as a G-code foundation for everyday CNC router work. It focuses on readable commands that suit GRBL workflows, or any controller that supports the basic standard commands.
G0 for rapid moves, G1 for straight-line cutting, and G2/G3 for clockwise and counterclockwise arcs.
G20/G21 for inches or millimeters, and G90/G91 for absolute or incremental mode.
M3 starts the spindle, M5 stops it, and the S value sets the speed to match your machine.
Check that the units (G21 or G20) match your controller
Check work zero, and whether Z0 is set on the bed or on the material top
Use a safe Z high enough for the bit to clear your clamps and the part
Do a test run with the spindle off, or an air cut, before cutting real material
